How to cancel an order, when orders can be returned, and how refunds are made.
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 86604 67959 or call us with your order number.
Paid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it as described below.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or the delivery address cannot be served. If this happens, any amount paid is refunded in full.
Because our products are opened and used in soil, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged packs within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Packs that arrive damaged, leaking or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount in your account.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
